Most owners we talk to already use Claude or ChatGPT a little. What they do not have is time to work out how to wire it into the way the company actually runs: the estimating spreadsheet, the inventory system, the inbox full of supplier quotes.
That is the job. We learn how your business works, then build the pieces that make AI useful inside it. You do not have to learn any of the technology.
How it works
We sit with you and the people doing the work, and find the handful of tasks that eat the most hours or cost the most when they slip. You get a short, ranked list.
One task at a time, starting with the one that hurts most. Claude does the paperwork and the first draft. A person on your team reviews and sends.
We give Claude read access to the software you already run on, so it works from your real jobs, customers and prices instead of copy and paste.
When a subscription costs more than it is worth, we build the version that fits how you work and move your data across. You own it.
A small monthly retainer keeps it patched, watched and improving. You call us, not a support queue.
Our rule of thumb
We are not trying to rip out everything you own. For each tool we tell you which of the three it is.
Your system is the source of truth and your people live in it. We connect Claude to it and leave the screens alone.
An ERP or a lumber yard system with years of data in it.
You pay a lot for a tool that fits badly, and you use a fraction of it. We build what you actually use.
A quoting or project tool at a few thousand dollars a year.
It works, it is cheap, or the cost of switching is higher than the savings. We tell you so, and charge you nothing for the advice.
Payroll, accounting and anything a regulator audits.

Subscriptions go up every year and never end. A custom build costs more on day one and then mostly stops. Put in your numbers and see where the lines cross.

Already running
Jefferson State Highways, a Redding fencing contractor, runs its bids, submittals, RFIs and change orders through a team of Claude agents we built with them. A manager reviews each package before it leaves the building. We also build and run custom job and inventory software for local businesses.
