Doghead Digital is a web design and development agency based in Redding, California. This policy applies to doghead.digital and any subdomains we operate.

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you provide one)
• The message you send us

We don't have user accounts. We don't run advertising. We don't currently use analytics. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first.

We use the contact information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a project, and keep records of the work we've done together. That's the whole list.

We don't sell your information. The only third parties who ever see it are the services we use to run the site:

• Our email provider routes messages from the contact form to our inbox.
• Our hosting provider serves the site and may set a small number of essential cookies.

These services act as processors under our direction. They aren't allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

We don't set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a small number of operational cookies to keep the site fast and secure. These are essential to the site working and aren't used to profile you.

We hold onto contact form submissions for as long as we're working with you, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reach back out. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we will.

If you live in California (or anywhere with similar privacy laws), you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to delete it
• Ask us to correct it
• Opt out of sale of personal information (we don't sell, but you can still ask)

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

If we update this policy, we'll change the last-updated date at the top of this page. Material changes, anything that meaningfully expands what we collect or how we use it, we'll flag more visibly.
